Guangzhou Xingyang Decoration Materials Co.,Ltd is located at Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, China, which is adjacent to Guangzhou Baiyun Avenue, Beijing-Zhuhai express & South China Highway. The area of factory is 12,000m2.Our annually production capacity is over 300,000 pieces for the gypsum one-piece art ceiling, gypsum cornice, GRG mould, gypsum glue and so on. Gypsum Products

The Features & Advantages:

Environment-friendly & Healthy. Our products have the function of fireproof, mildew & worm resistant, moisture proof, sound & heat insulated. We select the A-class gypsum powder (mineral purity 93-95%, crystal water T 18%, edible) whose main ingredient is the calcium sulfate hemi hydrate (CaSO4.1/2 H2O). The special powder contains no chemical materials with high whiteness & purity. Our products have been tested as the Grade A Green Materials by the GB6566-2001 Standard “Radio nuclides Limited for Building Materials”. We can create a clean, green and warm home for you.Featured Products: irregular ceiling products. Whatever you can imagine, we can do it.Advanced Technology & Wide Varieties. Our main products are gypsum one-piece art ceiling , gypsum cornice, gypsum ceiling corner, decorative sideline, chair rail, decorative beading, relief, Roman Pillar, gypsum corbel, centre medallion, niches, fireplace etc.Simple & Convenient to installation. It can be processed by sawing, digging , nailing , and you also can install as you like.GRG Products. It is made by the special GRG high-strength powder mixing with the high-strength alkali-free fiberglass and reinforcer. To increase the strength of the structures, we will embed wooden timbering, galvanized keel, fiberglass rob, fiberglass mesh cloth. The products are featured by high strength, good flexibility and good resistance to impact. So it is widely used in senior clubs, five-star hotels, luxury villas, modernization office building. Plaster Binder. We adopt advanced technology and raw materials from abroad. It is smooth and fine on the surface. Here are the main technical data of the binder:

1) Time of Solidifying: in 30 minutes

2) Pressive Strength: 4.99MPa

3) Rupture Strength: 2.80MPa

4) Cohesional Strength: 0.42MPa

   The plaster binder is the best material for bond and seam.

  

GRG Moulds

Nowadays, the world has entered an environmental epoch. It is no doubt that the gypsum products have taken the place of other decorative materials for the exploding market demand. To satisfy the different customer requirements and create a clear and green home for you, we will continue to research and develop more & quality GRG moulds.

Our GRG moulds are produced by selected superior UPR (unsaturated polyester), reinforced with the steel frame at the backside, and finely carved by the OTR-3TDSCAN.It is smooth in the surface, strength in third dimention with clear flower pattern. Meantime, it doesn’t get distorted and shrink after using a long time. The mould drawings from customers are also warmly welcomed.

To adopt to all kinds of market requirements, we have two main types of GRG moulds.

1. The “M” shape moulds

1) Range of Application: skillful, high output and middle-large manufactory.

2) Characteristics: A. High stander with the decoration line.

1) Range of Application: new-started factory.

               D. Saving cost. It can save about 15% gypsum for each product.
